- MAXITHERM has adopted the concept of shell and tube type steam generator to make compact and cost effective alternative to traditional boilers.
- The coil assembly through which hot thermic fluid is passed is removable from side of the steam generator and thus acccessible for inspection and maintenance.
- Adequate water and steam spaces, which enable the boiler to meet fluctuating load without appreciable fall in the operating pressure. This ensures prevention of priming, foaming and carryover of the boiler water into steam pipelines, and also ensures steam with high dryness fraction.
- Easy accessibility to the outer surface of coil assembly is provided through head hole for inspection.
- The removable tube sheet cover is provided, facilitating opening to clean the tubes from inside.
- Fully automatic construction can meet widely fluctuating steam demand.
- In case of Boiler feed water level goes below tube level, Boiler can run dry as temperature inside tube is limited to Thermic Fluid temp. Thus it is very safe compared to Internal furnace boiler, where very low water level will lead to bulging of tubes, furnaces, in case other safety fails.
